About this policy

C³ Executive Suite (“C³,” “we” or “us”) provides executive leadership, accounting and CFO services. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit c3execs.com, contact us or arrange a conversation. Any separate agreement for client work also applies to information handled during that engagement.

For privacy questions or requests, contact mark.fackrell@c3execs.com.

Information you provide

Our contact form collects your name, work email, company if supplied, area of support and message. If you email us, use the chat feature or book a meeting, we receive the information you choose to share through those channels.

We use this information to respond, understand the work required, arrange conversations and manage the resulting business relationship. Please arrange an appropriate delivery method with us before sending sensitive financial records, account credentials or other confidential documents through the website.

Confidentiality and sharing

We treat conversations, inquiries and client work as confidential. We do not publish your confidential business information or identify you as a client without permission.

Confidentiality does not mean that information never passes through a service provider. The website relies on providers for hosting, message delivery, scheduling, chat and analytics, as described below. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or as necessary to protect legal rights and address misuse of the website.

Services used by this website

  • Vercel: hosts the website and processes technical requests and operational logs. Vercel Web Analytics provides website usage statistics. Its analytics service uses a temporary identifier rather than analytics cookies. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information.
  • Zapier: routes the information submitted through our contact form to our inquiry workflow. The form sends the name, email, company, area of support and message you provide.
  • Calendly: handles scheduling when you follow our booking link. Information you submit on Calendly is also governed by the privacy notice shown on its service.
  • Tidio: provides the website chat feature. If you use chat, Tidio processes and stores the messages and contact information you share so we can respond. The widget also uses browser storage and technical information to operate. See Tidio’s privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics: helps us understand visits and website use, including pages viewed, interactions, browser and device details and approximate location. It can use cookies to distinguish visits. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity: helps us understand how visitors use the website through interaction data, heatmaps and session replays. Clarity uses cookies and related technologies. Microsoft also processes this data under its own terms, including uses related to its products and advertising. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Google Fonts: supplies the site’s typefaces. Loading these fonts makes a request from your browser to Google’s font service.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies explain their own processing practices and available controls.

Cookies and your choices

The website includes analytics and chat technologies that can use cookies or browser storage. You can block or clear cookies and stored site data through your browser settings. Blocking these technologies may affect chat or other features. Clearing cookies does not delete information already held in provider systems.

You can contact us by email instead of using the form or chat. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Provider privacy notices describe additional controls.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the information, the business relationship, the systems involved and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Inquiry records may remain with related correspondence and business records; technical and analytics data follow the relevant service settings and provider practices.

No website or electronic communication method can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to discuss the appropriate way to exchange confidential engagement materials.

Privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to a use of your information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including access, portability, restriction or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.

Send requests to mark.fackrell@c3execs.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs may limit deletion. Where applicable, you may raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
